I'm currently subscribed to the Star Sat Indian package.
The TV guide for this package is incorrect for the past 3 weeks. I expected the problem with the TV guide to be rectified. Nothing till now!!
I don't know when and at what times my favourite serials are shown anymore!!
I would like to know why paying customers / consumers have not been communicated there is a problem with the TV guide and when this problem will be fixed because I don't know what is being shown at what time.
Very poor service!!
I can't even phone the call centre - no one answers the line for more than 10 mins. No quality of service rendered.
Looking forward to a valid reply from Star Sat.
