3 months in a row you have managed to b a l l s up the delivery of my TV guide. For over 15 years I have had no problem but now suddenly no TV guide for 3 months. Interestingly if I was late even 2 days with my payment I would be disconnected but DSTV can get away with such appalling non-service and non-customer care. R625 per month for what again??? Multichoice tries to pride itself on being all about 5 star service and believe me it is alot of smoke and mirrors - there is no service.
