I called the customer contact center today (24 December 2013) at 13h20. Spoke to a consultant Irfan Mohammad about the problems we are experiencing with Star Sat Indian Channels. the channels are freezing and the shows are not corresponding with the guide times. Some channels remain blank the whole day due to signal problems which should have been resolved last Friday as per my enquiry then. Today is Tuesday and still no resolution of these problems. We are paying for a service which is now proving to be totally dissatisfactory and frustrating to the viewer and Star Sat has no plan to credit us for this wasted service and has no foresight as to when these problems will be fixed. We never had these problems when TopTv was operating.
As per the consultant of Star Sat the IT department seems to state that the problems are resolved but during the course of the day they find that nothing was done by the IT department. It seems that with the new Management no one seems to know what the are doing. What was the need to change the channel number?
