I bought a R279 voucher from Pep, I loaded it and my son told me tv is back on, so not knowing they had some free channels this month I threw my slip away, realising many channels are still blocked I found my slip but it got wet n I could not see last 2 numbers so I went back to pep n got serial number of slip and faxed it ti them ten days ago, I phoned, emailed, smsed, facebooked and phoned again. R180 airtime finished and ten days later still no word from them!! What can I do? Hw long must I wait for something I paid on the 23rd for?
