Today I get an sms telling me that my DSTV services are disconected, the funny part is that, Multichoice did not debit my acount at all for the whole month of december then failed to email, sms or send an ennvelope to let me know that Im overdue, then the have the audacity to suspend my services... This is not the first time I have issues, last time, they were not getting their premiums for 3months and waited till i Owe them more than a R1000 for them to let me know... Whats wrong with this company mara hee? Im really terrified by the level of unproffessionalism there at multichoice.
