On experiencing technical/bad reception with my DSTV Channels I contacted my service provider Multichoice who referred me to one of their accredited technician. I enlisted the services of the technician recommended by Multichoice and the technician failed to carry out the installation work he was paid for and disappeared. I reported the matter to Multichoice and after exchange of correspondence Multichoice undertook to send their in house technician to assist me with the installation but they are now renegading from their undertaking. I reported the bad service and the unscrupulous technician to Multichoice on the 27th December 2012 and to date it has not been resolved. I have all the correspondence exchanged between both parties including the one I sent yesterday forewarning Multichoice of my intention of lodging a complaint with you.
