We booked a table for 9 people for new years eve on the 13/12/2013 and paid for it on 14/12/2013, the proof of payment was also faxed on 14/12/2013, when we arrived for the show we were told the booking had been cancelled on 16/12/2013 by Dorothy and there was nothing they could do. I do understand that the booking needs to be paid for within 48 hours but would assume that the barnyard would take into account sundays and public holidays when dealing with this. As well as the fact that it generally takes 2 working days for a deposit to show in certain banks.

Today 02/01/2014 we spoke to Dorothy regarding this, she says on 16/12/2013 she spoke to the wife of my friend who did the booking and she cancelled. Once I pointed out there is no wife she then said she spoke to my friend and he said he forgot about the booking and she must cancel. I requsted the voice recording of this and was told I can ony receive it on 17/01/2014, I then asked her to confirm the cell phone number which was also wrong.

Besides the inconvienence of our news years plans being wrecked, we are now also being told our money cannot be located.
