TOP TV RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR SO CALLED SYSTEM AND TOOK AWAY CHANNELS BUT PROMISE TO REPLACE THEM. SOME OF THEM NEVER BEEN REPLACED BUT THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO STILL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT MONTHLY. I PAID ON SATURDAY 05.10.2013 CASH INTO THEIR ACCOUTN TO ACTIVATE MY
SUBSCRIPTION. THEY TOLD ME ITS SYSTEM AUTOMATED AND ONLY ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS SUNDAY CAME AND NOTHING HAPPENED. WHEN I PHONED AGAIN THEY SAID THEY DID NOT SEE THE PAYMENT YET AND MIGHT BE ON MONDAY. IN PAST YOU COULD FAX THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THEY IMMEDIATELY ACTIVATED NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS THE SYSTEM. THEIR SERVICE GETS POORER AS TIME PASSES ON AND WILL DEFINITELY LOOSE SUBSCRIBERS MOVING TO DSTV AS THEY ALSO HAVE CHEAPER PACKAGES :-)
