No answer, no channels, poor picture

Terrible service.
On TopTv at least the channels didn't freeze.
Now we've had numerous disruptions, freezing feeds, snow and crackle on some channels, French and other languages on channels, no more TLC, which my wife was told would be restored but today I read on news24 that they had lost the rights.
All the movie channels are showing either garbage or endless ads, no actual movies.
I followed the instructions on changing and resetting the decoder but still no TLC and quality issues persist.
As much as I hate DSTV for being a monopoly I'm being forced to switch by incompetent service. We should all get a refund.
