NOT ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT

I bought a Sony PSP Go with a 20 games CD from Super Gadgets in Vereeniging on 15/10/12 as a Xmas gift for my son. However, we experienced problems downloading the CD (Expiry date 31/12/2012!) with the games on Xmas day and then contacted Sony Playstaion [Email Removed] on 26 December 2012 for support and Mubeen Suleman (email address: [Email Removed] responded on 27/12/2012 and requested certain information which I passed on but no response. I again sent an email to Mubeen on 04/01/2013 to enquire about progress but received an "out of ofiice" email. Tried the numbers she quoted but received no answer, Again contacted her on 14/01/2012. She responded by saying that I should contact the supplier but to my mind it is a Sony product and they should take responsibility for their product. However, also tried the supplier with the same results of poor service. Sent another email to Mubeen on 18/01/2012 telling her that it is a Sony product but had no response whatever!!
