Account activation

I wasn't at home so I didn't pay for DSTV and my account lapsed, I queried my account and was sent a bill of over R800 which I paid, and I was informed that my account was active. I arrive home 2 days later no DSTV. Now I'm sending emails and following up with case numbers and all that jazz. I have already been informed when my next subscription is due, but I'm looking at a blank TV. I don't have the service for which I'm being billed for. All I have are automated responses telling me not to reply. I have paid for the service I just want it active I don't think it's an intense mathematical equation.
