Left this morning for work with my Decoder fully operational I come back after a hard day at work expecting to relax in front of my TV only to find a black screen. With small words "Signal lost" it's not even railing today but all their channels are off. Each time I try to change channel am requested to punch in my password then nothing happens. If I could afford I would move to Dstv but at my salary its only a dream maybe I must just it in and go back to SABC.When Starsat took over really though service was going to improve but it has just reached an all time disgusting low. The call center is unreachable I don't even know why say ''contact us" when you have only two people working there. If you work hard and pay for something the least the seller of the product can do is just to level with you, if they can't deliver they need to tell you upfront that you entering this agreement at your own risk
