Constant problems

On the 9th of December 2013 i emailed Vernon proof of payment where i refuse divulve peraonal and private bank statments which i sent was confirmation of payment.
Never got any reply.
Today the 18th December 2013 i spoke to Thabang, and get given the run around about aame issue. I do not get messagea via dstv and just turned off.
I have always CALL in ane use my timw and money which doea not get noticed. I am very very unhappy as to why this is...
May someone please assist.
