Early in October I paid the deposit for a Saxaphone to purchase on a rent to buy plan. They had no stock of the Saxaphone and were waiting for a shipment to arrive. Two weeks went by with not hearing back. I called them and still they had not stock. End October I requested to cancel the purchase and requested a refund of my deposit. They said it would be no problem and asked for banking details which were provided on the 28th October 2013.
It is now 18th December 2013 and I have still not been refunded my money. They also have failed to respond to phone calls and emails requesting further information.
