Our decoder was streaked by lightening then we called and we were advised to take it to Randburg which we did. when we got home with the decoder we inserted the smart card and it didnt work. we called again and we were told to take it back to randburg and we did so. this morning when we woke up our DSTV wasn't working and it is fully paid then we called again and the same thing againnn. we need to go back to randburg and get a new smart card now. what happened to fix it the first time??? we are sick and tired of this bull that u guys are giving us. train ur stuff in a proper manner and we are taking this further.
