I have received a dish and decoder from someone who doesnt use it anymore i already changed the ownership on the decoder and opened a new accout, all i needed was a smart card, i went to multichoice in wonderpark on 21.3.2013 i didnt have decoder with me but i did have the serial number which they told me the serial number is not correct i must come back with decoder, so i went back on 23.3.2013 with decoder when i came to customer care agent i told her what im looking for she said she will help me now and spoke to a collegue and when she came back i had to explain to her again what im looking for and she told me they are out of smart cards i need to go to lynnwood gift acres centre and get it there. bad service from them ive been going around for a months time phoning all multichoice places to get a smart card and no one wants to help me. so i guess i wont be installing dstv at all due to the incompetency of dstv employees.
