I got to Ster-Kenikor Festival Mall on Friday night, the 7th of June at around 20:15 to watch Temptations and was not really assisted by Melusi. I gave him my Vitality card to swipe he just rushed through the swiping claiming that my card wasn't reading on his system. When I asked him to swipe it again, he said to me "didn't you see me swiping your card twice and it didn't register"... Lucky for me I was with a friend who had her Edgars Movie card to purchase the tickets for us.. he attitude towards me was so unprofessional, he seemed to anxious to get us away from his counter.. I felt so irritated and upset that had my friend not been there, I would have been forced to pay the R45 or something where I qualified for a discount!!! Poor Service and Bad Attitude... Sad part is, that's the only closest Ster-Kenikor for me, I'm still going to see him there...
