The whole entire CNA is extremely incompetent it should be closed down, honestly this is the worst I've ever received. I bought a phone from CNA last year, december and I was supposed to get a ster kinekor card to receivea year worth of free movies, I gave them my address to send it in december, then they said that the strike was on so I didn't received but yet I received everything else in bulk mail. I then got another 5 phonecalls asking for my address which I gave them, and one lady asked for my account details which was completely irrelevant and I also called the call centres and nobody could help me there. I then spoke to a lady on 0116767713 twice, and she said she would courier it and I will receive it the next day, which to no surprise I didn't. It is going to be a year and I will still be waiting for this card. It is totally unexceptable for them to do this, and I want people to know that CNA promotions never come through.
