Disruption in transmission since 4th December 2013 all channels are displaying the message "Blocked" although my debit order has been been deducted in November. Numerous attempts to contact STAR SAT via the call centre, SMS and e-mail has failed. Please assist urgently this is very poor service and unfair to me the customer to be paying for a service I am not receiving. We missed one of the most historical events that was broadcast - Memorial Service of Madiba!
