Call center inefficiency

Firstly the time it takes to get a HUMAN being to answer is ridiculous. I called at 3pm held on for 16min before the call got dropped. Then I tried again in the evening and finally got through after 30min waiting for someone to answer. My complaint which I wanted resolved could not be resolved and after a 58min phone call nothing was resolved and I have now resorted to taking both my decodes to the dealership myself. I imagine your call center personnel are just following flow charts as their advice was to repeat the same solutions over and over again. Essentially your call center is pointless and I hope when I take the decodes in tomorrow they resolve my two matters.
