Hi,
I called the service center yesterday and after waiting almost 25 minutes (67th in the cue), I was put through to a consultant who resolved the issue.
The same issue happened again today. I am waiting in the call center que as I am typing this and expect to wait at least 30-40 minutes as I am 117th in the cue.
I do not have a land line and cell phone minutes are expensive. This issue will cost me half my monthly minutes and I have no choice but to accept it as you have no real competition.
Why not have a call back service if you do not wish to staff your call center properly. Telkom has this service and it works great.
