Pathetic Customer Care to Previous Complaint

Subsequent to my complaint 3 weeks ago regarding an overcharge of a sun international reservation, I received a call from Astrid Gopaul at the Sun International Customer Care Division. She apologised for the way the matter was handled, and agreed to refund the overcharge difference to my credit card. She said to give it 4-5 days for the refund to reflect as it had to be processed back to the card.

Today, 3 weeks later, the money has not been refunded and I have been unable to reach Astrid both telephonically and via email. I was impressed at the quick comeback after my first post and optimistic about Sun Internationals customer service after the refund was agreed to, but now I am more appalled at the pathetic service than before. They offered the refund and then didn't fulfill on that and now I can't even get a response from them. This has been the worst service I have received from a hotel group, and I will think twice about ever dealing with Sun International again. I am extremely disappointed in Sun International whose number one priority should be the satisfaction of their customers as that is their core business.
