No Delivery and No REFUNDS!

I cannot believe how pathetic OBROS International is.

We paid a deposit of R3700 on 25 February 2013 and we were promised that we would receive the chairs within a 2 to 4 week period. It passed and there was no delivery, when we contacted Johan he advised that their supplier had not even started producing them and requested me to take another colour, I requested a refund.

Johan promised that I would have a refund within a few days, days have now turned into weeks!

He changed his number without informing his customers, I managed to get the number anyway, and if I do get to speak to him he promises a few more days for payment. He tells me that they are waiting for the very same manufacturer to do a credit note or something. Why must I be involved in their processes?

I warned Johan twice that I would post him on Hello Peter and I still have not received a response, they really do not care about their image.

Please can I have my refund Johan! This is totally unacceptable!
