Refund of deposit not reflecting in my account yet

I rented a vehicle from Woodford for over 2 months. I returned the vehicle to King Shaka International on the 20th January. Till today I have not had a refund or even a courtesy call from Woodford explaining whether there is a problem with the refund. I rent vehicles from different companies on a regular basis, and normally the deposit gets put on a hold on my account and the hold gets lifted and the money is available again within 3 days. Why has it been taking almost a weeks to reflect back in my account, and if there is a problem with their system, why has someone not contacted me yet to explain the delay. This is not very good customer service to be honest. It was my first time renting from Woodford. ANd i am not impressed.
