On Sunday 05 May 2013 we purchased 4 tickets Snacks combos to watch Iron man at Canal Walk. When we were in the movie there was a fire alarm that kept sounding continuously! When one pays the exorbitant prices for tickets and snacks one expects the same level of experience. When we brought this under the attention of Johnathan Abro, the general manager of nu metro canal walk, he said we must claim back our money from Canal Walk centre management!
I bought my tickets and combos from Nu Metro, my "agreement" for an enjoyable movie experience was with nu metro. NOT Canal Walk centre management! It is your responsibility to claim losses from Centre management, Nu Metro! -NOT mine!
I sincerely hope for feedback with regards to the above incident from head office as I clearly did not manage with the cinema management.
