I think Toptv tell there callcenter opperator the following centences: Call your installer.! Every time i am calling them with a problem they are very quick to jump on there and say well every thing is fine on our side phone your installer. It is like they do not really want to work there or something like that
I can not remember when last i have spoken to TopTV that they gave me good service.
I think TopTV need to teach there call center opperators how to handel customers
