My account number 50855720, was switched off after i had made payment on the account. Now one cannot get hold of a person at the call center as all is automated.
according tio dstv i must now pay R 857 which includes R50 reconnection. What a bunch of. I paid R 807 yesterday and see no reason to pay for something that was never switched off. The dstv was only switched off this morning.
Just shows you how the corporate world milks the general public. DSTV included
