I was away for about a month with my DSTV switched OFF. On my return, my Decoder kept on searching for signal. It says: "The LNB Cable is not connected or cannot be found". But all my connections look the same as they were before I left. I tried to call the PTA Multichoice Branch at 012 422 2222 but the machine told me to wait for an operator and then it automatically ended my call. I tried many times and the machine kept on doing the same thing. Now I'm stuck with a searching DSTV.
Please Help.
