APPAULING CHANGE

I Have a top TV account since they started, end of November I received a sms stating that my top TV account has been credited with R269.00, WE PAY LIKE CLOCK WORK EVERY MONTH, well I still paid even though I received that message, I then get an e-mail stating we owe them R314.00??? FROM WHERE, even though we paid they cut us off anyways on a SUNDAY EVENING WHAT THE HELLLLL. I then try and call and the voice prompt says I must hold on YOU WASTED R150.00 OF MY AIRTIME WHICH I AM WANTING BACK FROM YOU because obviously you are not there at night, I tried again the Monday evening and wasted more airtime. I still have no TV and am forced to watch . the main reason why I took out top TV IN THE FIRST PLACE, STARSTAT WHAT THE IS GOING ON, I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE SO PLEASE I WANT MY ACCOUNT SWITCHED ON AND A MONTH FOR FREE.
