I called sassa wanting to complain about my sassa account that someone is purchasing airtime on my account, i called on friday and the airtime finish without any help.i called again on saturday they told me to hold, i jold until my airtime finished even on dis day i ddnt get any help.on sunday again i called and they told me to call on monday.
On monday i called all i hear its an automated voice saying welcome to the net1 call centre we are aware of your call, thank you for your patient, pls hold for the next available agent.i hold for about 30 minutes without any help.pls i need to know where must i go coz dis is de number i suppose to use if im having problem
