We took our decoder to Calvin electronics in thohoyandou on Saturday the 23nov. The said they ran out of replacement decoders and could not replace mine, but on Wednesday they replace other ppl decoders. Why do we still have to wait and we pay insurance. We called the call centre and explained the problem an. Refilwe told us there's nothing she can do about it.
Clavin on the other end refuses to talk to me and the staff just wants me to buy a new decoder, why would I do that if I pay insurance? is that all in vain and a waste of my valuable money?
This is definitely not value for money and a complete ripoff.
