We hired some equipment from Da Vinci Party shop (cutlery, crockery and other). Paid for delivery only to be phoned when they were suppose to be delivering already to tell us we need to come collect otherwise they can only deliver the following day. We went and collected some of the stuff. The following day they were suppose to deliver @ 7am, they only rocked up at 10:30 with half the stuff I ordered and paid for. When I phoned they said I must collect the balance which I said NO YOU WILL DELIVER IT. The wedding started at 3pm, I got delivery at 1:30pm only once again with stuff not there. The cups we got was damaged and broken. ALL the cutlery and crockery was disgustinly dirty and sticky. Then they were suppose to come collect on Sunday Morning before 10am. They did not pitch up which meant I had to arrange with the people of the hall to leave the stuff there. Now after they eventually went and collected their stuff now all of a sudden there is things missing. Which I feel I can not be held responsible considering when I left there the stuff was there and this guy does not even know what he dropped off. YET 2 weeks later almost I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
