Following the widely advertised promotional offer at Sun City for accommodation rates at R750, I contacted the Call Centre to make a reservation. I was informed that the special was been administered by Sun City and was given a number to text. I received an acknowledgement that the sms was received and that an agent will get back to me in the next 3 days. This was 1.5 weeks ago. Yesterday, I received another message that Sun City is experiencing a delay and I can now expect feedback within the next 7days!
Really disappointing service from an internationally acclaimed hotel.
