My remote did not work on my pvr channel 2 so i took it to a dstv shop in pta at wonderboom junction on 28 Nov '13, they could not fix it. Thereafter I could not use my remote at all, I had to go to a bigger shop which then was gift acres garden city on the 29th of Nov. I received ticket service 45 and was assisted by a lady at counter 9.
She checked and fixed the pvr 100%.
BUT
I RECEIVED A BILL FROM DSTV FOR THE R322 ON THE 19TH OF DECEMBER, CONTACTING DSTV THEY SAID AFTER A LOT OF MAILS (WHICH IS AVAILABLE) THAT SHORTLY I HAVE TO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE WITH THE SUPPLIER/ SERVICE POINT...
i WAS UPGRADED FROM DSTV COMPACT TO DSTV PREMIUM WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
I CANNOT AFFORD IT I'M JOBLESS FROM MARCH 2012 AND THIS WAS TOLD TO THE LADY ASSISTING US.
I WENT BACK TO GIFT ACRES GARDEN CITY ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER AFTER SEEING THE BILLING INFO ON THE 19TH ticket 47 counter 2 this person promised to call back and he did not? (I DID REQUEST DSTV TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL PREMIUM AND RETURN TO COMPACT)
Now my account is going to be cut, I Don't have this money. I AM JOBLESS
I did not ask for an upgrade.
Please Help, they (gift acres) must sort this out. They made mistake.
