My tv gives me an e30
I sent an sms to 32482 @ 18:55 on 21 November 2013
In that same minute I received an sms saying my device will be reset within 30 minutes.
It is now 19:55 and still e50 on y screen.
I pay may subscription regularly.
Why does multichoice not honor their part of the contract?
How will they make up for this extremely low level of service.
while I am busy, every time I log a complain, I am requested to rate the service of the call centre.
Why not asked to rate the service of multichoise and e.g. have it linked to a public forum such as "Ask Africa"?
