MultiChoice is committed to provide all our customers with great entertainment at good value for money. Our concern for pensioners is part of this commitment.
We currently provide a reduced rate for pensioners who live in a multi-unit retirement village as the installation set up has made it possible for us to provide this rate. We have investigated and carefully considered a number of options to also provide a reduced rate to pensioners outside of the retirement villages. Unfortunately, there is no viable option to provide a reduced rate outside the retirement villages.
We would like to remind our customers that there are different DStv bouquets, which are designed to suit different lifestyles and pockets. The lowest package cost R29 a month.
We would like to thank our customers for their continued support.
However this is not true
My 80 year old mother, who lives in a retirement village has requested a discount rate. This is not possible based on my conversation with Commercial Activations this morning. We can move the the retirement village's multichoice account, but that is all.
So we will cancel
