Multichoice repeats bad service at the same level as they repeat programmes.
One's requests are not properly processed. One is given a reference number that means nothing as you cannot use it to inquire about problems relating to the given number! Pathetic. And the problem does not get resloved as a result of this.
And they actually want there clients to rate thier service. Is it possible to use negative numbers to rate?
