I installed DSTV four months ago (July 2013) - through Maponya Mall branch in Soweto, since October 2013; I have been experiencing problems with the signal, as soon as I realised that the problem was persisting I went to the branch to lodge a complain about the matter. I was told that in-order for them to assign a technician to resolve the matter, I was told to pay first, which I feel its unfair. Its not even 6 months since installation and signal issues are technical and require provider attention at no additional fee. Additionally to the signal issues, I have not received the TV guide for the last two months - when I enquired I was told they are waiting for delivery. I have not been lucky with customer care since, none of my concerns have been resolved.
