Hi, I am a DSTV premium subscriber. I pay my premuim every month but for the past couple of weeks my dstv does not have all the channels, or while watching a program the signal just goes away. An error message apairs saying conection lost do not switch of your decoder. This message shows permanantly on some of my channels. I have tried rebooting etc. nothing works. This is unacceptable
