I am so disgusted with the service. My account is disconnected. I went to the store twice, asked the consultants to please downgrade the package, which they did. They told me the amount that I need to pay. I have made a payment on Saturday. The lady said we will be connected, but not immediately as there is a queing system. Such, cos we still disconnected, I phoned the call centre, they say, we need to make another payment, held on the line forever and still no response. The service is pathetic... What do I do now.. This is such a rip off..My details
