After moving from Durban to Bloem, i am not able to access any of my live dstv channels even though i am an HD Premium subscriber, yet i am able to record 1 channel (instead of 2) at a time and can still access Catch Up and Box Office as well as my recordings.
The on-Screen message though is saying SIGNAL NOT FOUND. Doesn't make sense.
This is how my family has been watching our tv bouquet, no live tv.
I have been an HD subscriber since Sept 2009 and have never had a problem like this after moving properties.
How can this be rectified?
