I am about to replace the 4th DSTV HDPVR for the 4th time this year, the last one being on the 15th October. All this has to be done at my expense by calling and travelling all the way to Randburg where I have to either pay R 510 or pay additional insurance of R 35/month, and still pay subscription services. Last night I called the technical service department when the same error occurred, after being on the phone for 20 minutes without them being unable to resolve it, I asked for a manager from the call centre, who just put me on hold, when I asked why she claimed they don't have a manager, when I asked for a Senior person a supervisor was called who promised to call back by 9h30pm, and its 9h15am the following I still haven't received any feedback and nor is my decoder still not working.
