I cannot fond a place for launching complaints (as if Blockbusters are Perfect)
I have been renting videos and Dvd's for around 20 years @ Blockbusters Leraatsfontein (Highland Mews) Witbank.
My wife rented dvd's on Saturday the 16 th June. On the Sunday morning just after they opened my wife gave the dvd's back in person. I was present.
Today when trying to rent dvd's it was said that we gave the dvd's in 2 days late and we had to pay R200 fine.
This is the 3rd time this has happened.
Blockbusters can stick this account where the sun does not shine. You can also do whatever U feel like I will not pay the amount they say is the fine.
I will not pay my money towards Your incompetent staff and bad Business practice.
I am gonna launch this on Hello Peter aswell
