Wait Time. Worst Call Centre in the world

This is a regular thing averaging 30 minutes every time I want to switch my decoder on and then off.

First Friday 8th

There was an App that I could switch them on and off and that was great. Now they have taken that functionality away, so I must spend 50 rand every call to get it done. Terrible. Even the voice overs you hear have pings and background noise. Very unprofessional. The music is blared at you so that it distorts (true of 3 different phones). The call centre managers must be incompetent and never call their own centres. Apparently some guy "Marlon Samson" is in charge. He should be drawn and quartered. Get someone who knows call centres to do this job please!
