Poor service from Ster Kineko

My daughter is planning on taking 10 friends to the movies for her birthday party. I used the enquiry form on the Ster Kinekor website 2 weeks ago asking what I needed to do to book 10 tickets in advance for children as well as what films would be showing and performance times. This request was sent to "East Rand Cinema". After a couple of days and no response, I emailed Lynette who sent the request on who then emailed the cinema again. After a few more days I contacted Head Office directly and a request was sent by Shila to the East Rand Cinema again. After 2 days and no response, I phoned Shila directly and left a message on her phone. I was then phoned the next day, Wednesday 6 Nov, by Benny who said she would be able to confirm the shows as well as times and prices before the end of that same day. Needless to say, by Friday I still had no response. I phoned Shila again, left another message and phoned Nashlynn at Head Office. She promised to phone back within 1/2 an hour yesterday. I am still waiting. I went to the cinema today and was told by Agnes she would assist me and phone me shortly with confimation of times and films available. Again, I am still waiting.
