I LOGGED A COMPLAINT FOR DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS WITH AERIAL EXCELLENCE IN GREENSTONE ON THE 03 SEPTEMBER 2013. I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD TAKE 3 WORKING DAYS FOR THE QUERY TO BE INVESTIGATED . DESPITE NUMEROUS FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS AND A MAIL TO ONE OF YOUR KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGERS ON THE 04 OCTOBER I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM ANYONE . MY COMPLAINT STAYS UNRESOLVED AND I AM STILL OUT OF POCKET . PLEASE ASSIST PROMPTLY OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL
