This is the second complaint re the same matter that is sill unresolved after 5 weeks!
I was promised a refund of an amount that was double debited from my account, all i have had was a couple of courtesy calls and empty promises, I have dealt with Tisha Fourie who kept word and escalated the query to whom I believe to be the accounts manager, I have had nil replies on my follow up emails and request for urgent information.!
My Account referance is VAN00329
