I tried to make a booking for a package as advertised by Computicket.

First, when I went to booking point that package weren't even on their system.
I phoned their helpline and (after I had to submit some form) a lady came back to me saying that the hotel, which form part of the total package is fully booked.

Second, she send me a quote from another hotel with more or less the same amount, but it does not include the rest of the package.

How the do you figure that out for business!?
