I am so disgusted, I don't know where to start

Last week Friday I notice a strange message on my HD PVR and realised the hard drive had failed for no apparent reason. So off to customer care at Wonderpark and after a long wait I get the decoder exchanged (cost me R510.00).

I get home and connect it up and it doesn't work. I call the call centre and after 58 minutes on a cell phone with them they insist that the dish installation is faulty. I hire in a technician (after hours on a weekend) who after a an extensive test (and R1200.00 later) assures me there is nothing wrong with the installation.

So I am back at the Wonderpark customer care who swop the decoder again. I take it home and the HD PVR works fine, but the extraview doesn't work at all.
1 hour 31 cell phone minutes later and the call centre comes to the conclusion that the PVR's must be faulty! During the phone call I am also informed that my account for next month is R770.00, NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY?

So I am back at the Wonderpark customer care AGAIN with both decoders. While waiting in line, a violent assault happens in line, where fists and blood are flying everywhere!!! I couldn't take this so I dropped my decoders there and left, I still have no DSTV...
