Atrocious customer service

I called Maxine Mahonga for a booking for the 9th November 2013. She sent me an invoice on the 31st and requested urgent payment during work hours. In a hurry to pay, I looked at the banking details and paid her immediately. She sent another email requesting proof of payment. I had already forwarded her proof of payment via sms, email and fax but she hadn't checked as she was driving when I called her to follow up on those proof pof payments. As it truns out, Maxene had made the booking for the incorrect date, the 2nd of November. She sent me a confirmation email the day before (1 November 2013) when I was out of office. I obviously did not see the email and nobody bothered to call me to confirm the booking as I had not responded to the email. Now she is refusing to refusing to rectify the matter by either booking me in for the date I had originally requested or refunding me. As a matter of fact, she was very aggressive when I called her earlier. the cost of this ballooon ride is R1300, which is very expensive. Therefore, it makes no sense for a reasonable person to knowingly miss their booking without making alternative arragements. In conclusion, I would like my money back.
